Tech Council of Maryland BioBreakfast Series

The Tech Council of Maryland (TCM), Maryland’s largest technology trade association, brings its 500 plus members access to technology industry leaders in Maryland, DC and Virginia.  MdBio, a division of the TCM, seeks to unify, empower and advance Maryland’s bioscience industry, providing comprehensive support services to its members and the broader community.

One of the ways the TCM serves the Maryland biotech community is by hosting the monthly BioBreakfast Series.  One morning each month, TCM hosts a panel discussion on contemporary topics that are relevant to the biotech industry.  This month’s BioBreakfast topic is, “Creating Value Through Outsourcing.”

This program will feature a panel of industry experts who will share best practices and real life practical experiences with outsourcing and describe key ingredients that are necessary to find a suitable CRO.  The panel will include  Christine Warrington, Head of Global Sales and Marketing for Cato Research, along with a bio-entrepreneur, and a veteran biotech investor.

The event is scheduled for 10 June 2010 from 8:30 to 10:30 AM ET at the Center for Advanced Research in Biotechnology (CARB) in Rockville, MD.  For more information, including registration information and directions, visit the event listing on the TCM website.
