Join Cato Research for a free educational webinar on Thursday, 24 June 2010 at 2:00 PM ET.  The webinar, titled Past, Present and Future of REMS: Can We Mitigate With Restraint?, will be presented by Jack Snyder, M.D., J.D., Ph.D., R.A.C.  Jack is a Clinical Research Physician and the Assistant Managing Director of Cato Research’s  Washington, DC office.

Jack will provide an overview and update on key aspects of REMS (risk evaluation and mitigation strategies) in the post-FDAAA world of product safety and risk management. He will also discuss procedural and substantive issues, emphasizing the views and responses of public as well as private stakeholders.  If you’re wondering whether or not “safety has become the tail wagging the dog,” you won’t want to miss Jack’s presentation.
